i. Indoor Soccer (post-morterm)

1. Everything went smoothly
2. All funds have been collected
3. Better turnout this year
4. Students from Delaware University participated
5. Need slot for price giving during Gong Xi Raya celebration
6. Prizes: MVP, Top Scorer, Winning Team & All other teams (money from funds collected)
7. Should make indoor soccer a semester event

ii. ISSS Malaysian Info

1. An open ended project and not a priority for MASA
2. Requested by MACEE

iii. Merry Gong Xi Raya

1. Performances can be planned (simple performances)
2. Venue : NOT CONFIRMED!!
3. Gift
1. Email is being drafted to ask them of people who will not be there or do not want to participate
2. Everyone will help send emails

iv. Tsunami Fund Raiser

1. Collect during Merry Gong Xi Raya event
2. Checks to be written to ‘Malaysian Student Association’
3. Notification email will be sent by Syarafina

v. Malaysian Night

1. Updates on Malaysian Nite based on meeting on Tuesday.
2. Proposal has been sent to Dr Zahratul (Azferina went to DC)
3. UPAC Lights request has been sent
4. Finance: Should discuss alternatives on fund raising. Make meeting on plan B. Look for sponsors, find options for fund-raising,
5. Will wait for Azferina to bring news from Dr Zahratul.

1. Gym reserved until – 3pm
2. Need stop watches, 2 whistle & masking tape
3. Play on 2 courts

ii. Update 'Kongsi Raya' Celebration

1. Directors: Taroi, Adillah & Terry
2. Venue:

Mothers will be available in 3 weeks
Alumni house: only available in 2 weeks ( Feb 18^th evening & Feb 20^th lunch)
Decided: Feb 18th

3. Name: Merry Gong-Xi Raya
4. Gift - Everyone must bring a gift (thoughtful & meaningful) for everyone but make sure it is wrapped (Ariff will send out an email)
5. Decorations ideas: socks, angpow, ketupat
6. Food: depends on the committee

iii. Update Tsunami

1. The organizer does not have a plan yet – MASA will collect own money
2. Who will we give to? OXFAM
3. Give some proceeds to the Tsunami

1. 1^st meeting held on Tuesday, Jan 25 & every other Tuesday

v. Bursar Issue

1. We should make own list of transcript request to send to bursar and not request individually so that transcripts can be sent in bulks.
