1. Budget Updates
- First draft had been send
- Due date for final budget proposal is Dec 17

2.Post-Mortem MASA movie (PGL)
Date: November 10, 2004
- Movie did not start on time (645 instead of 630) due to some technical difficulties
- Refresment sales conducted by Afiza
- Orang ramai rak datang sebab banyak bende lain yang berlaku pada malam yang sama

3. Malaysian Nite
- Projected date: Mar 25
- Vanue: 1)Playhouse 2)Academy Hall 3) Biotech Center,
- Target audience: the whole RPI & non-RPI (other Universities especially in North-East region), Malasysian official (i.e MSD), - 200 max & 100 min
- Sales: 1 person sells at least 5 tickets
- Outline of the nite will be discussed later
- Need to ask the players for the playhouse and maybe props
- Proposed entrance fee: $5

4. Atem’s Wedding
- Reception is on 21st Dec @ alumni house
- Name: “A Night of Memories”
- Person incharge - Afiza, Firdaus

5. Next meeting
- The next meeting will be held on Sunday, December 19th at 10am-12pm.
- The meeting will be held in room 3510 in the Student Union.
