1. Dinner With Prime Minister – Post Mortem
Date: September 28, 2004
Venue: Leonard’s, New York
Attendance
- dinner was attended by students and Malaysians residing in USA.
- 19 students (seniors & freshmen) represented RPI
Transportation
- students were transported by bus that was booked through the union
- cost: $895 + $100 (tip)
- bus cost was funded by MSD
- NOTE: please notify bus driver in advance where he should send students after

2. IFR Updates
Date: October 9, 2004
Problems
- need another lecture hall for parallel lecture
- need more volunteers to help in food department
- do not have a definite number of participants(will expect participants from IFR Michigan)
Other info & suggestions
- food committee lead by Rahmat and will be cooking food by themselves
- should be a briefing for the volunteers before event
- Still looking for moderator (brother Rejab on KIV)
- MCs: Ihsan, Arif and Farhan
- need to get souvenirs for speakers

3.Photo Session & Raya Cards
Photo session
- Photo session will be held on Monday October 11, 2004 at 11am
- Venue for photo session has not been decided
- Abe and arif will survey suitable places on Tuesday
- SPCD poll will decided final location
- Marien will send notification email t spcd-l
Raya cards
- Arif will provide raya cards as a personal effort

4.Ramadhan Iftar
MASA Iftar
- will be held in conjuction with Ustaz Zaki’s visit on Oct 30
- tody will ask details of budget to Dr. Zahratul
- event will be held in mothers and jemaah on 3rd floor
- tody will ask kak aziah for food quote
Community Iftar
- Marien will ask Kak Izan on the community iftar date
- Give community advance notification

5.International Fest
Performance
- Nasyid performance will be organized by Awang and will be in English
- Dikir barat will be done in English and Bahasa Melayu
Booth
- Booth will proceed as discussed in previous meetings
- Arif is working on design of posters & calender

6.GBM questions
i.MASA to provide transportation to buy halal chicken
- MASA will post bus instructions on MASARPI
ii.Course database
- MASA will start course database after final exams

iii.Study Jam
- MASA can provide rooms for study jam for
- Students should find own study jam members
- MASA will provide room and food for final study jam

7.Next meeting
