3. Islamic Fall Retreat

Need transportation AJK (esp people from Purdue)

4. General body Meeting Questions
1. What about non-Malaysian members?
a) Invite them to participate in events
b) Adjust to have bilingual events
c) Make a meeting to meet the non-Malaysians who are interested to join MASA

2. International Dance Festival
a) Have alliance with AAW
3. Swimming for ladies
a) once a semester (Fall: after thanksgiving)

5. Colonie Kitchen Update
Akmal & Nadiah met Amand Bigel from Residence Life Office to discuss the matter
Dirty report came from maintenance staffs
Amanda thinks is acceptably clean and wants to keep it that way
If it is dirty, Amanda will email Akmal & Nadiah
Suggestion by Amanda: assign representatives for kitchen

6. Next meeting
The next meeting will be held on Sunday, September 19th at 10am. The meeting will be held in room 2124 in the Student Union. Chair person: Akmal, expected guest: Aliba
